  • Abstract
    A manufacturing organization is a complex entity operating in in competitive market, utilizing its structure, management and operations to achieve its objectives. The purpose of this research is to model the essential components of a firm and their interrelationships to build a strategy simulation exercise that models an airplane manufacturer. The user will determine how to invest money, schedule production, set prices and manage resources to meet the organization´s objectives. The system will allow competition between multiple users or simulate competing organizations.
