Abstract :
Today, in the network environment, multichannel network meetings are usually implemented by the way of the president-mechanism. Owing to the demand of more and more persons for speech conference in the Internet the author put forward a novel kind of conference-mechanism that can make discussions and withdraw at random. According to the patent algorithm of speech-mixing which our institute has researched and implemented by ourselves the sample interleaving algorithm, in a LAN, real time speech from the multichannel successes in mixing in a normal sound-card building a better base on the discussing conference.
