Abstract :
A simple algorithm is presented here to resolve the phase ambiguity of the single frequency estimation based on correlation. It unwraps the phase through the differential operation on correlation´s phase and extends the frequency range. In this paper we concentrate on the study of the phase-unwrapping performance at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and have derived the approximate expression of the error phase-unwrapping probability (Peu). Based on the theoretical analysis we find the applied strategy. The simulation has been done to demonstrate the theoretical results.
