Abstract :
The heterogeneous uncertain information fusion problem in complex-system decision-making is analyzed. For random information and fuzzy information, a unified formalized description in the frame of fuzzy sets theory is established and the appropriate transform algorithms is proposed. Finally, an application example is given.
