Abstract :
The paper has discussed the sensor´s ROC curve, and developed an evaluation model for the sensor´s detection performance based on four conditions. Then, the paper gives an illustration with known detection probability and virtual alarm probability and discussed the existence of an effective norm to weigh the operating degree.
