Abstract :
In this paper, we firstly proposed a new concept "codirectivity coefficient" to describe the inter-beam interference in the multiple beam array antennas. After the fundamental property of codirectivity coefficient was analyzed, a new beamforming algorithm based on codirectivity coefficient and sequential optimization was presented and its effectiveness and efficient was verified through computer simulation.
