Abstract
In this work, Gilbert damping for Co2MnAl Heusler alloy films fabricated under various fabrication conditions was investigated. The films were grown by magnetron sputtering under 0.1 Pa Ar pressure. Film structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction with Cu Kα radiation. Temperature dependence of saturation magnetization, coercivity and ferromagnetic resonance were also measured.
