Abstract :
In this paper, a further study on magnetism and magnetotransport properties of single crystalline Co2MnSi films was presented to elucidate their potential for applications in spin electronics. Saturation magnetization, electrical resistivity, magnetoresistance (MR), hysteresis loops were measured. The anisotropic MR behavior at low fields was attributed to large in-plane magnetic anisotropy of the film.
