Abstract :
The defining characteristic of a networked control system (NCS) is having a feedback loop that passes through a computer network. Contraposing the time delay introduced by network, the networked control systems are modeled as discrete-time Markovian jump linear systems with mode-dependent time delays and the guaranteed cost control problem is considered. A sufficient condition for the existence of guaranteed cost controller is developed. The resulting closed-loop system is not only stochastically stable but also guarantees an adequate level of performance. The solution of this controller is given through an iterative procedure of a linear matrix inequality (LMl) minimum problem which is derived from cone complementarity linearization algorithm. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed results.
