Abstract :
Following the introduction of knowledge management and its application in process industry CIMS, this paper mainly focuses on the framework of knowledge management for the process industry MES. Based on the study of cost-management situation in a petrol refining corporation, a data flowing process of cost management is set down, and a new function frame of cost management and control concerned with knowledge management is also proposed.
