  • Abstract
    The design of an RF transceiver ASIC for DECT TDMA applications is presented. Both receive and transmit parts utilise image rejection mixers. Two VCOs (at 120 MHz and at 1.78 GHz) are integrated. The VCOs have been designed to minimise frequency changes due to power supply voltage changes and load changes (predictably low pushing and pulling figures).
