Abstract :
The circuit presented here converts the time interval between two events into a voltage. Covering a range of ±100ns with minimal offset due to auto zero and showing up a resolution of several picoseconds limited only by thermal noise it acts as the detector in a highly accurate system for measuring the velocity of sound in fluids.
