  • Abstract
    A completely integrated 4:1 parallel-to-serial data multiplexer for high speed operation in 0.12µm CMOS is presented. The circuit is composed from 2:1 multiplexer blocks. The fundamental blocks of the MUX are overviewed and measurement results are shown. The MUX works from DC up to 15 Gb/s which is the highest operating speed up to date of a 4:1 MUX in CMOS.
