Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed a whole life cycle of composed Web services, and then designed a model named Service-Cloud model based on the process of forming clouds in nature. Finally, based on Service-Cloud model, we provided the condition of composition logic in situation calculus, and also design and implement a prototype of Service-Cloud.
