Abstract :
A new type of distribution line-protected mode for 10kV power supply network-least beating loop network control system mode is introduced in this paper. This mode is used for most loop network control system with radiation branches. It has some advantages of least times in switching motion, minimum shock on the line, rapid isolation from failure segment, and automatic recovery of power supply for the failure segment and so on. It has analyzed the protection process of least beating even if one of controller is misplaying under "full" short-circuit in three phases. This paper presents a set of reference parameters for power supply mode in the loop network with least beating and described the failure isolating process in voltage-type protection mode and current-type protection mode as well as pointed out its advantages and disadvantages.
