Abstract
The RF stages of a fully integrated front-end on standard silicon technology for low power wireless local area network applications are presented. The circuit solution herein proposed includes an innovative Tx/Rx antenna switch which does not require any additional technological steps and gives better performance with respect to those which commonly use PIN diodes as switching element. The operating principle is highlighted and the most representative performances are summarized.
