Abstract
In this paper, the problem of channel identification for the MIMO-OFDM wireless communication systems is considered. Based on second-order statistics technology, a new blind channel estimation algorithm with low complexity is introduced. All the channel responses are estimated blindly up to an ambiguity matrix without precise channel order information (only an upper bound for the orders is required). A sufficient condition for channels identification is proposed. In addition, time domain equalization method is also discussed simply based on the estimated channels. The performance of new method has been validated through extensive simulations.
