Abstract :
Three novel low complexity multi-user detectors for the TH-PPM UWB systems in synchronous AGWN channel were proposed in this paper. By exploiting the special signal structure of TH-PPM and using time diversity theory, the proposed detectors are much lower computation complexity compared with the traditional receivers designed for DS-CDMA. Simulation results show that the proposed detectors achieve better performance than the single user matched filter.
