Abstract
Scheduling algorithm plays an important role in the high rate service of WCDMA and future wireless. In this paper, a deprived code division generalized processor sharing fair scheduler (DCDGPS) is proposed for WCDMA system. The key of the algorithm is that traffic rate allows to dynamical adjusting according to the weight and traffic load. In some cases, the most urgent data may deprive other non-urgent data transmission channels which also transmit data at the same time, in order not to lost data. Simulation results show that the DCDGPS is effective scheme in comparison with other previously proposed scheduling algorithms, since it considers the fair of the packet loss.
