Abstract :
With this personality profile, I would like to introduce you to the present chair of the international steering committee of the EMC Europe conferences, Professor Mauro Feliziani. Personally, I met Mauro for the first time in spring 2008, during a meeting organizing the EMC Europe 2008 in Hamburg. Since then I have had the pleasure to meet him regularly and enjoy his gentle Mediterranean personality.
