  • Abstract
    Neon ionization measurements from 1014W/cm2 to 1018W/cm2 quantify rescattering and nonsequential ionization physics as the interaction evolves from a nonrelativistic to relativistic response. A relativistic 3D model is found to be in excellent agreement.
