Abstract :
The paper is devoted to electromagnetic scattering from a multiple multilayered circular cylinder. We consider waveguides in the z direction, that is, we look for the solution of Maxwell equations along the z direction. We assume dielectric materials and derive a mode matching approach for solving the problem. A numerical result is presented that illustrates the algorithm.
