Abstract
A numerical technique for calculating mutual impedances and element patterns of antenna arrays based on the characteristics of an isolated element is presented. Numerical results are presented for arrays of rectangular probe-fed patch antennas and a comparison is made with a direct calculation using the WIPL-D code, showing good agreement.
