Abstract :
In this report, the new technology for the decision of problems of preventive maintenance and illnesses treatment of irreversible ageing processes delay is presented. On the basis of nonlinear fractal-field model of human biological rhythms the technology for human states control which connected with dissipation of external and internal energy is offered. The technology consists in revealing abnormal or degradative chaotic modes of active dissipative structures of human organism and their translation into a insensitive normal dynamic mode. The EMAT-technology for human dissipative states control is the instrumental technology of modern acupuncture.
