Abstract :
In this article some constructions of capacitance micromotors are considered. The design of a capacitor micromotor with a cylindrical wobble rotor is proposed. The advantages of this device (minimization of the size and immunity to magnetic fields) in combination with the specific electric properties of active dielectrics, proves that the capacitor micromotors can be useful as transducers of electrical energy into mechanical one and sensors in control systems of electrical drives in medicine, robotics, military and space industry.
