Abstract
The paper contains presentation of dynamic processes description method by means of Riemann-Liouville operators of fractional differentiation. Averaging parameters for dynamic processes realizations are defined. Master-equation for averaging along trajectory based on recurrence relations and containing fractional differentiation and integration is concluded. The limiting master-equation contains both classical diffusion and wave process.
