Abstract
For the first time the oil slimes waste reclamation and neutralization was proposed to realize in conditions of high plasma temperatures in the form of dispersed combustible water-fuel compositions. These compositions have the adiabatic burning temperature more than 1500K. The optimum mixtures of combustible water-fuel compositions with mechanical impurities on the basis of oil slimes are determined. In view of the results the plasma catalytic reactor design was developed. Then, the experimental researches on the operation modes optimization was carried out. This results can be used to create commercial plants of plasma catalytic reclamation of liquid organic wastes (oil slimes, used oils, etc.).
