Abstract :
The mathematical model of mechanical dispersion process of viscous fluids under conditions of plasma film heating on a rotatable disk was developed. The calculations show, that at the liquid film plasma heating on a rotatable disk up to 300°C at the low rotational speeds (50 Hertz) the same fog spray is achieved, as well as at a cold film dispersion on high rotational speeds of a disk (200 Hertz). The developed mathematical model can be used at the calculation and optimization of disk atomizers operating conditions, which can be used as viscous and high-viscosity fluids dispersion, and also combustible water-fuel compositions of various structure.
