Abstract :
We present a reconfigurable linear threshold element which may he used to implement the Boolean functions NOR3, C~A~R~R~Y~) and NAND3. Several of the blocks may be used to implement any Boolean function. Pseudo floating-gate transistors are used in order to set the appropriate threshold.
