Abstract
In this letter, the authors proposed a discussion concerning the actual meaning of ´current mode´ and ´voltage mode´ in the continuous-time domain. In this domain, it is assumed that analog processing is completed from transistors in voltage-controlled current source mode of operation. MOS transistors in saturation mode are used in this paper as an illustration. The authors also considered low-frequency continuous-time linear operations basically obtained at small signal amplitude around a DC operating point
