Abstract :
This paper proposes a low voltage inverting second generation current conveyor working up to a 100MHz with plusmn0.75V power supply. The circuit is formed in class AB structure using CMOS inverters and a pseudo floating-gate MOSFETs additive analog inverter facilitating a negative feedback loop to regulate accurate signal tracking of the terminal voltage X to Y and the terminal current Z to X. Simulation results on 0.5mum double poly CMOS processes confirm high precision conveying features, wide signal swing and low voltage capabilities of the current conveyor
