Abstract
Scalable and secure group key distribution is one of the most critical problems in the field of secure multicasting. In this paper we propose a new multicast approach that eliminates the need to re-key the multicast group in case of one or more group members leave the group. As far as we know, our approach is considered to be the first approach that gets rid of the rekeying process in the field of group key management
