  • Abstract
    DC to 4 GHz broadband microwave monolithic variable attenuator with dimensions 0.7×0.9×0.125 mm3 has been developed. VSWR better than 1.3, 1.0-2.5 dB insertion loss and 1.5 dB bandpass flatness have been achieved.
