Abstract :
The article deals with the concept of integrated environment for designing, programming and testing of complex software system. The presented environment based on Web-services and S212 designing principles. It let the possibility to intensify programming process at the expense use of software environment for integrated interaction of designing processes on all software life cycle stages.
