Abstract
This paper presents an application of the neural network with the optimization called "Hopfield net" in routing of telephone network system. This method optimizes the routing with specific conditions. In the simulation, consist of 3 cases from low, normal and high traffic densities, offered to the network. The results from the simulation showed that the congestion in the network is 30% lower compared with overflow method and load sharing method.
