Automatic inspection of watch-date indicator
Abstract :
This paper present the method for quality control of watch-date indicator using comparison between object prototype of number and printed number on date indicator plate. An automatic for QC inspection is required to replace manual inspecting labor. Process begin with preprocessing image by adjusting the brightness, contrast, and reduce noise. Finally, the proposed checking method is used to scrutinize the printed number on date indicator. Experiment shows that this method is more convenient, faster and more accuracy than doing in manual way.
