Abstract :
We carried out experiments of an excitation of glowing formations in electrostatic field. The electric field with intensity 3-5 kV was created by two electrodes placed in liquid medium. Impressing the field we observe layered structure of liquid with further discharge. After that created glowing ball goes up above the container. Its life time is 0.1-0.2 sec. We suppose that occurred excitation of the electrodynamic formation is connected with complex waves.
