Abstract
Using a true-time-delay chip-scale module, free-space 1.55-μm beam-steering over ±40° field-of-view with 2-ps laser pulses is reported. The measured reconfiguration speed of this 8-bit-programmable module (0 ps to 256 ps, 1-ps increments) is ∼400μs.
