Abstract :
Pumping of highly-nonlinear microstructured fibers with zero-dispersion around the pump wavelength with kW peak-power picosecond Yb-fiber laser allowed polychromatic picosecond operation down to 525 nm. Methods of extension of operation further to the blue are proposed.
