The paper is a powerpoint presentation on the alarms and abnormal situation management (ASM) as experienced in process industries. The use of Operations Management Pro, jointly developed by Shell and Honeywell, in Shell refineries is discussed. The Experion enterprise model and its application parameters are presented.
