  • Abstract
    In this paper, the load imitation system by DC motor is designed and implemented. An H-bridge PWM converter is used in the system to control the DC motor. The control algorithm is realized in the DSP (TMS320LF2407). This system is applied to imitate the compressor load with fluctuating torque in the air conditioners. Both simulation and experiment results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed load imitation system. Therefore, it provides a general platform that can be used to study the control method of motors with fluctuating load.
