Abstract
Disadvantages of traditional beam oil pumping units, such as long drive chain, bad controllability and low efficiency can be avoided by the novel oil pumping unit which can be achieved by eliminating the transmission devices, such as speed reducer and four bar linkage. A novel electromagnetic oil-pumping unit driven directly by linear motor was proposed in the paper. A control system of the nine phases brushless direct current linear oil pumping motor is presented in the paper. The paper presents a control system of nine phase linear oil pumping motor based on DSP, analyzes 4-4 phase change logic and 4-5 phase change logic, and gets the best way to reduce the molest during phase changing. Then PI speed and current controller is used to make the linear oil pumping motor working steadily and safely. The experiment indicates that the control system of the nine phase brushless direct current linear oil-pumping motor meets the design index, can make the oil pumping working steadily and safely.
