Abstract :
This contribution describes a MIMO simulation and validation platform suitable for a progressive implementation of real-time signal processing algorithms. We describe a platform that allows sharing Matlab, simulated VHDL and hardware designs while transmitting through a real MIMO channel. The applicability and first results of this platform are shown for a narrowband 2×2 spatial multiplexing system operating in the 2.4 GHz band.
