MIMO channel measurements with an educational XIXO audio channel testbed

In this contribution we introduce our educational XIXO audio channel testbed (eXACT), which is a beneficial tool for educating students in advanced communications and for testing purposes in research. XIXO is a placeholder for the possible configurations: single-input single-output, single-input multiple-output, multiple-input single-output and multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO). Beside the description of the basic system setup, we choose MIMO audio channel measurement as an example application for this testbed.
