  • Abstract
    We first fabricated the triangular one-dimensional Ta2O5 photonic crystal embedded in slab waveguide. Super-prism effect, which was 1.7 times as large as that of our previous SiO2 photonic crystal, was attained in 100-nm wavelength region.
