Abstract :
We demonstrate a single-chip optical equalizer that overcomes modulator bandwidth limitations in the first reported 107-Gb/s electrically time-division multiplexed non-return-to-zero transmitter. A high sensitivity of 21-dB optical signal-to-noise ratio at 10-3 bit-error ratio was achieved.
