  • Abstract
    We have fabricated a prototype label swapper module by integrating an optically-clocked-transistor-array InP OEIC with CMOS. The prototype achieves fully-functional label swapping for 10-Gb/s, 16-bit asynchronous burst optical labels white minimizing size, power, and cost.
