Abstract :
The optimized 10 Gbps uncooled DFB LD module is achieved and its performance is verified by transmission experiments over 20 km of conventional single mode fiber. The module output power is +2 dBm and extinction ratio is over 7 dB at 10 Gbps and 75degC
