Abstract :
Four-channel, 10-Gbit/s parallel optical transmitter and receiver modules for high-capacity very-short-reach applications have been developed. The modules demonstrate 10 Gbit/s/channel transmission with a low crosstalk penalty of 0.2 dB for the transmitter and that of 0.5 dB for the receiver
