Abstract
Frequency Diverse Detection Receiver employing error-correction mitigates PMD degradation. Permissible DGD is extended to 48% of the bit-period. Bit-by-bit error-correction is effective against the burst-errors caused by DGD fluctuation with respect to time and frequency.
